BREWING DIRECTIONS
Use a tablespoon (5gr) for every cup of water (8oz). You can adjust the volume according with your taste.
After brewing in conventional coffee maker, either pour over ice, or set brewed coffee at the room temperature and use as needed. Avoid refrigeration, this will change the taste. 
 
MOCHA
Fill glass with ice, add a teaspoon of chocolate syrup, 1 oz of cream or milk, pour in coffee, top with whipped cream if needed and sprinkle w/ dark cocoa.
CARAMEL
Fill glass with ice, add a teaspoon of caramel syrup or butterscotch, 1 oz of cream or milk, pour in coffee, top with whipped cream if needed and sprinkle w/ ginger spice.
TARTUFFO
Fill glass with ice, add a teaspoon of dark chocolate syrup, add a drop of rasberry syrup, 1 oz of cream or milk, pour in coffee, top with whipped cream and sprinkle w/ shaved dark chocolate.
GEORGIOS
Fill glass with ice, add a shot of espresso, pour in coffee, steam 2% milk and add the froth only. (You can also whip 2 oz milk with the blender, adding 1 ice cube and blended at high speed for 15 seconds) Sprinkle with dark cocoa.
